Personal: I have been married to my wife Janet Hulbert for the last 20 years and have three awesome daughters: Hannah (14), Emma (11), and Kami (9). I enjoy fly fishing and spending time with my family as well as volunteering in my church and local community. Responsibilities included: leading new growth and business initiatives; leading an Idea and Innovation Platform/ Committee which funneled ideas from 16,000 employees in an organized manner from concept to operationalization, helped assess patient caregiver platforms (tele-health, biometrics, and geriatric care management); evaluated initiatives focused on decreasing acute care hospitalization rates, increasing efficiency, alternate revenue streams, and business development; led in the development of 10 outpatient therapy clinics in 4 states; involved with discussions on the formation of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs)

Following the sale of Hulbert Therapy Services, PC to Amedisys in 2006, Arthur started, from concept to total operations, a travel therapy and nursing staffing company which provided permanent and travel healthcare staffing assignments in 37 states and Puerto Rico.
