Ryan is a native Oklahoman and a fifth generation Seminole County resident. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on January 15, 1980. He is married to Allison (Booth) of Wilburton, Oklahoma. Allison is a pharmacist practicing in Shawnee and a graduate from the University of Oklahoma College Of Pharmacy. Kiesel's parents are Ron and Terri Kiesel of Seminole and grandparents Margie and Joe (deceased) Tracy and Jack (deceased) and Mary Kiesel, all of Seminole.
