Biographical Information
PERSONAL:
Rex was born and raised in Perry, OK. He and his wife are the parents of three children.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance), University of Oklahoma
Master of Strategic Studies, U.S. Army War College
Juris Doctor, Oklahoma City University School of Law
PROFESSION:
Self-employed lawyer and National Guard officer
MILITARY:
Colonel, Okla. Army National Guard

Rex has served 30 years in the Guard, Reserves and active duty. He volunteered for active duty following 9/11 and served 16 months as a Special Forces officer with the Special Operations Command-Central. His duty assignments included the Middle East and Horn of Africa. He currently serves as Commander of the 189th Regiment, Regional Training Institute in Oklahoma City.
