Lisa was born on Feb. 21, 1967 in Purcell, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Frank and the late Beverly Jones Johnson. She has one brother Frankie, Jr.
Lisa has been married to Phillip Billy, formerly of Broken Bow for 18 years. They have three children, Masheli (14), Nahinli (11) and Anoli (6).
