Wallace Collins was born and raised in House District 45, in Norman, Oklahoma, attending Norman Public Schools, and graduating from Norman High School in 1959. He married his high school sweetheart, Pat Womack, and they have six sons, Eddy, David, Greg, Mike, Ryan, and John. They now have five grandkids.
