A lifelong resident of District 66, Jadine Cox Nollan attended Sand Springs schools and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She met her husband, Phil Nollan, while attending OSU and they have been married for 31 years. They have three adult children, Kristin, Kasey, and Kurt who also attended Sand Springs schools and graduated from universities in Oklahoma.
